Shipping conditions
We send our spirits within Germany via DHL.
Shipping to UK is via Hermes
Without exception, the goods are only sent to people of legal age.
Shipping
For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of € 5.90.
For restaurateurs and retailers in Germany, shipping is free for orders of € 200 or more. Please order from us by email.
For shipping to Great Britain and within the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of € 14.95
Deposit
We are obliged (according to the German deposit regulations) to charge deposit costs for some customary bottles. These are included in the sales price. Information on this can be found on the bottle label and in the product description of the online shop. The deposit is refunded either in the local retail outlet or by sending the bottles back to us for a fee.

Returns & exchanges
You can return unopened bottles with an undamaged seal to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods for no reason.
Please send us a written notification in advance (post or email) to Teuto GIN Distillery UG, Konrad-Hinze Str. 28, 49170 Hagen or to shop@teutogin.de with the following information:

You will be reimbursed the purchase price excluding shipping costs immediately and no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
If the goods are lost in transit, you must provide evidence that the goods have been returned.
In the event of a legitimate complaint about the products, we will reimburse you for the purchase price and the return costs.
